We were craving Venezuelan food so bad while visiting the area and this was the perfect place to stop at. When you walk inside of Gusticos, you instantly feel like you’re in a little store in Venezuela. Looking around, the smells, products, “chucherias”. They’re all a staple of the flavors of Venezuela. Gusticos Bistro is husband and wife owned and they were a pleasure to chat with. They work so hard and truly deserve all the small business love. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The food is delicious, obviously prepared with care and love. I haven’t had a Chupe this good in a long time, my husband had the pumpkin cream, and we also enjoyed a great chocolate marquesa. Venezuelan food at its best, and the most gracious owners. My wife and I had breakfast at Gusticos Bistro this morning, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I ordered eggs over easy with bacon, whole grain toast, and an iced coffee, while my wife had an omelet. Everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious. As a nice surprise, they even brought out a complimentary sample appetizer, which was fantastic. What really made the visit special was the service.
