Enjoyed the lunch here and came back for happy hour. Our server was genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The tacos were delicious and full of flavor, and I especially liked their original take on the Caesar salad—it was a nice surprise. The outdoor seating is a great bonus and makes it a really pleasant place to eat outside. Overall, a relaxed, enjoyable lunch spot with good food and great service.

We had a fantastic experience at Calaveras Cantina. We started with the tableside guacamole with the works, including pork belly, corn, and queso fresco, and it was absolutely spectacular. It was fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the homemade nacho chips. For our mains, the steak quesadillas were really delicious, but the standout was definitely the birria tacos. This was a surprise and a delight!!! We had an incredible evening in a Friday night. 4 friends for a delicious meal and a biggest moment was when the DJ started jamming and a live percussion started, around 9 pm. It was a blast! Great first meal at Calaveras! Fun vibe and busy on a Saturday night. Service first and foremost was stellar. The manager Shane was so friendly and caring and answered all of our questions regarding serious food allergies. She was amazing!!! Our waiter Dish was so kind and attentive and helped from the second I entered the restaurant (helped me find my wife) and he also gave great food and drink recommendations.
