Horrible experience on picking up an order for my customer who have to waited long time for her food from Canolli Pizza in Boca (20th St) details the pick up was 10:45am ( the estimated time to the food be ready) and the place was empty when i arrived , was not extremely busy time and that is why i get so frustrated . Usually have great experiences there, especially with another girl n employees who's very polite and great customer service and keeps me updated.
