My wife and I recently celebrated a birthday at Eureka Boise, and we had a great time. We actually had a last-minute issue because I accidentally got the reservation dates wrong, but Brandon, the manager, completely saved the day (and likely my marriage ha). When I called, Brandon answered the phone and went above and beyond to help us make our birthday celebration happen. I will not fault our young, seemingly inexperienced server. But the manager was no where to be found. You would think that they would have at least stopped by our table since they were out of the tequila for their happy hour drink. Our server went and asked if they could replace it with another tequila and his manager said no. When I ordered a glass of bubbles that was a split, the poor server had to search for it in the back and chill it for me. This restaurant wasn’t busy and they were very ill prepared.
