Top tier service and food! We came in for a double date with dear friends. The friendly staff and the elegant atmosphere made it a special night. The free valet service made it especially convenient. We ordered ribeyes and filet mignon and the flavor and meat temperature was perfect! Honestly, the baked potato bar was the absolute highlight of the night. It is huge and fed all 4 of us. I never thought I would say this, but it was the best baked potato I've ever had. The quality of the meal, service, and experience was absolutely a value. This is a perfect venue for a romantic dinner.

Me and my husband came here for Valentine’s Day and Hemlock made it beyond special. We drove over an hour to come here and we don’t typically go to such a high end restaurant but it was worth it! I was nervous about the prefixed menu just because I haven’t heard great things about it from people and I am gluten free. But hemlock had a perfect menu!! (Also custom menus so cute) It was special, creative, and delicious. When you first arrived they took a polaroid photo of you, that was thoughtful. The seafood cart was a perfect touch to the menu. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, sides were great.

My husband and I celebrated our birthdays at Hemlock recently. It was absolutely amazing! We also really appreciated that they don't use seed oils — even after a big dinner, we still *felt* good because it was all made with quality ingredients. All of our food was extremely delicious, and I would order all of it again. We got: - steak (one of the Wagyu options, can't remember which) - table-side baked potato (with alllll of the butters and fixings) - corn creme brulee - mushroom bisque (ask for a little extra truffle oil with it because you'll want more as you eat!) We aren't dessert people

What can I say, this restaurant is simply amazing. So thoughtful and such a romantic atmosphere. We celebrated our twenty year anniversary here and gave us a special menu and closed the evening with a photo to remember the experience. The service was impeccable and so perfect. Our meal was absolutely delicious. Pork was so flavorful and juicy with thoughtful presentation. The drinks were delicious and refreshing.
