If you're charging $3.50 for a 16oz drink, how can you live with yourself not allowing a refill? That's just unreasonable. It's a bit unclean. I was the 3rd customer of the day, coming in just a couple minutes after opening, and no one had cleaned since the previous day - smudge marks all over the windows and door glass, crumbs on my seat and all over the floor. The place needs some tlc.

I love panda as a company and they always do a great job. But the last few times I’ve come in have been terrible solely because of the rude employee named Zitlaldy. She has such a terrible attitude no matter how nice or polite I am. Everyone else is nice though but she sucks
