Tried the pho and the vietnamese crepes. It was ok. The pho broth was a little too salty and light in flavors. The crepes was ok, I preferred mine to be more crispy. It was a little soft and soggy. The thai tea was good. The service could be better.

Called in last minute to make reservation, was so nice to get the table ready for me within 40 minutes for 7 people. Ordered pho, shaking beef, banh xeo, and others that I could not remember. Their pho was good, big portion and full of meat. Unfortunately the sirloin was overcooked and the other parts of the meat have too much fats in them, so it was down on the score. Their shaking beef was also meh, very thin and overly sweet, probably not their strongest dish. Banh xeo was full of meat and fillings, but not particularly crispy. All in all, it was tasty but only lacking a bit here and there.

Very disappointing experience due to extremely poor and unorganized service. We went to Saigon Noodles in Salinas with a group of four. We ordered seafood noodle soup, stir-fried garlic noodles with shrimp, stir-fried noodles with beef, and popcorn chicken with fries for a kid. Only the seafood soup and the popcorn chicken with fries came out. The other two noodle dishes never arrived. We also asked for 3 extra bowls, which didn’t come either. After waiting, we had to wave down a man walking around the restaurant to ask for the bowls, which arrived about 7 minutes later. The waitress disappear

It’s much better to eat in here. I’ve ordered twice for delivery and both times were sad. The veggie to noodle ratio in the bun was terrible. A simple pinch of veggies doesn’t make a good mix, plus no fish sauce at all. None. Dry rubber noodles aren’t good. Bahn mi bread is usually crunchy but it’s lacking something. There’s no pate or aminos so it doesn’t feel like a bahn mi. Still ok, just eat in.
