Roe did a fantastic job serving us, very polite and sweet and literally the goat. Bathrooms were clean and didn’t require access code! However, on the door it said “customer use only” and as I was washing my hands I saw “employees must wash hands before returning to work” which indicates that employees are customers, which is misleading. Excellent selection of cups, beautiful spacious area, well kept. The food safety inspection was excellent, highest rating you can get. Overall great visit! Outdoor seating was delightful, very comfortable chairs, love the dance music💅🏻

I visit this location often and the staff are generally very kind. However, I have a disappointing experience . I purchase a coffee and step outside to drink it, as I prefer not to sit inside. When I come back less than an hour later for a refill, the manager (Carl) tells me I had to pay full price because I had consumed my coffee outside. I get coffee here most days, and this interaction didn’t feel consistent with the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks. I hope management can clarify the policy and ensure customers are treated with more flexibility and understanding in the fut

Honestly the rudest dude that is always here working in the morning. He barely looks at you. Doesn’t speak a word until you begin the ordering process. Walks away before I complete saying my order. Every time he has a major chip on his shoulder and now I see it is reflecting on the other staff. I asked for a hot water and the girl rolled her eyes and walked away. My name and order were never called out, not that they needed to be but so so so different vibes than the other Starbucks I frequent in the early morning. MANAGER: DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. Visited on December 30, 2025, around 5:00 PM. I ordered a chai latte, and it tasted like plain hot milk—there was absolutely no chai flavor. I asked them to remake it, and the second one was no different, still just milk with no spice or chai taste at all. I don’t usually complain, but paying for a chai latte and getting warm milk twice is really disappointing. This was a complete waste of money and time, and not the quality I expect from Starbucks.
