Absolutely incredible bakery! I literally could not pick a favorite item. They are all completely perfect. I'll say that the focaccia (their only savory offering) and the babka swirl are even better warmed up. The chocolate chunk soybean cookie has this awesome umami under the sweetness. The choux has the perfect texture. They also have a really tasty pandan matcha latte I was a little surprised not to see a single croissant offering, but maybe that was just the day that I visited. I walked in right as they opened but there was a line after just a few minutes, even on a weekday, so get there

We visited ILMU today and had an incredible dining experience. We reserved in advance and ended up at one of their special, limited events (it sounds like they do these only a few times a month). It truly felt exclusive - not crowded at all, calm, and beautifully paced. Chef Fairoz created a French tasting menu with 11 courses, and it was outstanding. My favorite bakery in the greater Seattle area! Beautifully made pastries with great flavor profiles and the right level of sweetness. My all-time favorite item is the durian choux. I’d drive 30 minutes north just for it. The drinks are okay for me, but they always come with a piece of chocolate :) Really wish they were open more regularly on weekends 😭

I really enjoy the pastries and baked goods at T55 Pâtisserie. The prices are a bit higher than your average bakery, but they are absolutely worth it. The quality is exceptional, and they offer a wide variety of unique flavors and pastries that you will not find at most other bakeries. The menu also rotates fairly frequently, which gives me a great reason to keep coming back and try something new. On top of that, the service is fantastic.
