So, we always go to this location.. Majority of time drive thru… Today we dined in, always great… and I have to say JAIME the girl at the register, really pretty long dark braided hair… she was the absolute sweetest since the beginning… We ordered, got our food.. went to eat and my daughter unwrapping her sandwich dropped it all on the floor… so I went to get another one, (to pay for another)… I was telling her how my daughter dropped it, and she told me to hold, went grabbed the manager, and did the magic on the register and we were given another one… it’s not about the FREE sandwich btw,…..

Gus the Manager is not only one of the finest men that I've ever met, but also the epitome of what a great leader is and should be! The entire crew at this Portillos is representative of their blessed leadership. I am thankful to live close and get our delicious food from this fine establishment.

I go to this place all the time and always get the same thing, chopped salad. This time I went through drive up, came home and it was mostly lettuce and big chunks of it too. Normally they are good but usually more dense. I feel like I paid $14 for lettuce. Called the location and no one answered. Very disappointed

Portillo's is a staple in the Midwest. Very well run. Very clean, delicious food, 😋. I grew up on them, and love stopping in every once in awhile. If you haven't tried it, take my word for it. Check it out!
