What a gem Fringe was! We had great service and the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the lamb pepperoni pizza and the funghi pizza, soup shots, and the homemade gelato (blueberry and Oreo flavors this week). The gelato flavors rotate every couple of weeks. Everything we ate was amazing with real attention to detail in the flavor pairings that felt like I was eating at a trendy restaurant in San Francisco or New York. I recently visited this pizza restaurant and had an amazing experience. The pizza was served hot and fresh with a perfectly crispy crust and rich cheesy topping. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Every bite was full of flavor, and the portion size was worth the price. Visiting from Fort Collins and decided to check this place out. The reviews were spot on and it did not disappoint. Great concept, the menu has plenty of options without being overwhelming and it was very unique and diverse. We had the fried olive which were very good and that's not usually my thing. We also shared a salad and the assistant manager Ashwin recommended the mushroom pizza which was fantastic. Service, food and atmosphere were all great and the prices very reasonable.

It was my first time in. I had the mushroom risotto recommended by the waitress over the veggie pizza. I added a bunch of red chili because it didn't taste the way I hoped. It's amusing that they provide scissors to cut up the pizzas they serve (all one size), but unfortunately none of my friends took the opportunity to cut their pizza into any fun shapes 😊. The service and atmosphere were great. A cozy spot to enjoy a dinner with friends.
