I have celiac disease and the waiters were very knowledgeable about their menu and what they can do for it. I had the spicy turkey sandwich (they made it in the oven to accommodate my allergy) and it was absolutely amazing! The gluten free buns are a fantastic texture, definitely not the norm for most restaurant’s gluten free substitutes. They also had gluten free snacks at the front of the store!
