Truly some of the best sushi I’ve had in my life coming from the east coast and Japan trips. The sushi chef Goichi is very friendly and a master at his craft; his unique soy sauce blend is modified depending on the nigiri you order, leaving you with a rich and complementary flavor profile every time. Tried it for the first time last night and had to come back again for seconds the next night! Please do not miss out on this experience. And remember omakase needs to be booked at least a week in advance! (Didn’t get to try it 🤧)

Absolutely loved this place and will definitely return. I recommend a reservation. I’m gluten intolerant and many places I can’t have their sushi, but it was no problem at Tasuki. The staff not only gave excellent service on a very busy night but were very knowledgeable about gluten. They have a gluten free menu and gluten free soy sauce available. My favorites were the scallop nigiri with mayo and the tuna nigiri.

This was by far the best sushi I have ever had, best service, and overall beyond amazing experience. I got recommended this place and I am forever grateful I listened to that recommendation. Tasuki is hands down the BEST sushi in the entire state of Colorado. The fish tastes amazing, the takoyaki and gyoza are delicious, and the daifuku was the perfect dessert to end our meal with. If I could give a better than 5 star review I would. This has hands down become my favorite sushi place in the entire state after my first visit and I will be coming back again and again. The food, service, and experience were all fantastic. We sat at the sushi bar and wound up talking to Chef Koichi the entire night and you could feel and taste the pride he, and the entire staff, took in the food. Can’t wait to come back for the omakase!
