I just got out of a Yelp event and was craving for something sweet (as I always do after any savory food). My friend said Blacksmith Ice Cream is her favorite, but she's never been to the this location in Bountiful. I was so excited to try it! My excitement was 100% matched by my experience here! There was a line out the door, and I see why. I believe this is their original location, as they did originate from Bountiful, UT. They have a lot of unique flavors. Really cute ice cream shop on Main Street. I love the nice planters with flowers outside the shop. Lots of flavors to choose from. Many are unique flavors that you don't find just anywhere. The texture is thick and a bit heavier that ice cream from the grocery - not a bad thing. I ordered the peanut butter ice cream cone which was very good. My son liked his ice cream too. It's a bit expensive for a small serving size, but it is what it is. I still give it 5 stars.
