This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 3/10 The service was abysmal and slow. Even if I order something 10 minutes ahead of time, I would end up having to wait up to 20 minutes for my order. There were people in the kitchen, standing around and doing nothing. This McDonald's is infamous for only prioritizing drive-ins and deliveries, if you are walk-in customer, you could be expected to wait up to 25 minutes to order. Slow service. 🐢🐢 At this point, the MVA is moving faster than this location. 🐇 I got to the drive-thru at 5:30 PM and ordered a frappe. It took about 10 minutes just to get to the pickup window, and then I was asked to park in spot #1. 😅 After that, I waited another 5 minutes. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower than expected for a simple order.

This was by far the WORST McDonald’s experience I have ever had. I placed two mobile orders at 1:00 AM, only to arrive at the restaurant and wait over an hour without being properly helped. After all that time, I was told that only one of my orders would be served. No clear explanation was ever provided. What made the situation even worse was the manager, Pernell, refusing to address me directly and instead having a new employee relay messages back and forth. I am currently rating the store from the store itself. I’ve been standing here for the past 25 minutes and couldn’t get anybody to help me as I’m talking to you. They are all standing around and yet even the lady that I asked to help me ignored me and turned around and act like she never saw me. You can watch the camera.
