I waited almost 10 minutes just to place my order. Then once I got my order it took 10 minutes for them to get my order to me. I asked for no mayonnaise and extra onion. What I got was no mayonnaise and one circle of what would be a slice of an onion. I asked the woman can you please get extra onion for me fold my sandwich put it back in the bag she saw me put it back in the bag she brings with tongues to the front. She took her time waited on two more. Customers brings the tongs out front on the counter holding three onion rings. I said can you please put them in a bag? She looks at me like a

This place is struggling!! Food order was incorrect. They can do better. Employee needs to either listen carefully and repeat full orders in order to get it right or learn some English. :(

Worst experience I asked for ranch and honey mustard with my biggie bag. I saw in the bag that I got barbecue. I went inside and said can I have ranch and honey mustard please they said I have to pay for it. I said I just came from the drive-through, I didn’t get the sauce that I wanted and then the Manager came. It was very rude and said give us back the barbecue and I was like I didn’t even ask for barbecue so I just gave it to her. That whole experience just made me feel so uneasy. It was rude for no reason. Don’t come here

Getting into the parking lot there are a couple of ways to enter with your vehicle and the road is very uneven. The rating though is for the service. I asked for a combo and a frosty. For the combo I asked a Dave's double no pickles and soda with no ice. I got a Dave's double with pickles and a sofa filled to the brim with ice. They also had no mayo. The fried were a big soggy and fried a little too long and the burger was alright since it had pickle essence after I had to take the pickles out with my fingers. I hope they improve. Not going there again for a good while.
