WOW!!! So delicious! We started off with toast and homemade jam! I couldn’t pick which jam was my favorite they were so good and fresh! My daughter ordered the pancake flight and we were blown away with how beautiful and tasty they were. My husband had the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was so flavorful, the biscuits were moist and reminded him of his grandma’s biscuits. The eggs were perfectly cooked. I ordered the Benedict flight. We loved absolutely everything about Jam on Main, with the exception of the wait time for a table. Of course, that was because it was such a great place and also it was a rainy day with many tourist opting out of going to the national parks. It was interesting how they controlled the wait. They provided a pager/beeper and you could check how many people were in line in front of you. We started at 24 and somehow watching that number get smaller, helps pass the time. Stopped by Jam! in Bozeman, Montana, for a late lunch and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant has a chic yet cozy atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. We ordered the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, which had been on my must-try list every time I visit the USA, sweet, fluffy, and packed with cinnamon flavor, they were absolutely delicious.
