Their salads are the best in town! Bozeman's best kept salad secret! There aren't many restaurants these days that make their own salad dressings (ie their Ginger Wasabi Vinaigrette + Red Curry Peanut dressing). My #1 is the Korean Beef Salad - I love to add peanuts, tomatoes, fried spinach (if you're not sure if you'll like the wasabi dressing, get it on the side or substitute it but trust me - all the flavours work SO well). I’ve eaten here anytime I’ve been in Bozeman the last 12 years. Sent my husband here for my postpartum meal. Usually the Gaucho has lots of flavor but this time it tasted like plain Mac and cheese. They forgot the Korean Beef I wanted & the flavor. So disappointed 😢

This place is a decent option for a quick lunch in downtown Bozeman. I like their variety of noodle dishes. It’s reasonably priced. However, the lady taking our order didn’t seem to know what she was doing, and I wish she had more knowledge on dietary restriction options.

I've had many of the dishes here and I'm never disappointed. Great Mac, good Asian noodles, and the best topping selection in town! Such good food that we had to replicate one of the dishes at home.
