I ordered 2 smoothies for an online pickup. One for 4:11 and the other for 4:14. I walked in the store at 4:07 and nothing was ready in time. I approached the counter at 4:20 and they hadn’t even started on them. The store cleared out serving other patrons while I continued to wait patiently. This is ridiculous.

Expect waste in your food... It can hurt someone's stomach! And I don't know how to trust for other food if I see it in my salad. Especially when I came with kiddo!

if i could give 0 stars i would. They take forever to bring out your food, the staff barely speaks up and communicates. They fired all the old staff it seems that was actually good at their job. I used to come here all the time now i won’t be returning due to poor services and icy and disgusting smoothies. I used to get great customer service from Gianna and Tasha . The new staff has attitude and a dirty look on their face all the time like i’m inconveniencing them. Needs better management and better staff. Also make the smoothies correctly !!!

Tasha is an absolutely amazing addition to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe company. I very very rarely come across people who give exceptional customer service like myself and she completely caught me off guard. Pleasant, sweet, friendly and if it wasn't for her service I would not be in as much as I am. She is phenomenal. Please acknowledge her for this. She deserves it and then some. GBY Tasha 🙏 🫶😘
