I honestly can’t believe what just happened at this Wendy’s. I got a burger and when I opened it, there was a literal hairball in my food. Not just one hair, like a whole clump. It was so gross. I called them to let them know and they told me to come back. When I got there, I barely even got to explain before an employee just snatched the burger out of my hand and then tried to throw it away. Like?? No apology, no explanation, nothing. The workers here do not care about what you order, and are incompetent. I specifically asked for no tomato on my sandwich. I am allergic. Instead, they doubled it, and added an extra slice. I asked for spicy nuggets, the gave me regular. I asked for a regular coke, they gave me diet. The only redeeming factor, which should be a standard but often isn't, is that the fries were hot and fresh. I will not be coming back to this location.

Went into the drive thru, the AI speaker is so stupid, I asked for no ketchup on my baconator, and got ketchup, pulling up the window the dude just said my total no hello or anything. Made me pull up to the stop sign and waited for about 17 minutes for a baconator and 2 regular burgers. About 4 people in drive thru went while I was waiting. When I got home the burgers were as if the meat was sitting for 2 hours, not fresh, absolutely disgusting, hard, chewy and flavorless

So me and my family we rolled up till the ordering board outside and it was very steak. It smelled like sewage and we explained that to whoever was taking our order and we couldn’t speak to nobody because it was AI speaking and then once it couldn’t understand what we say that someone got on the speaker and told us that we can’t be doing nothing like that and for the AI to take our order because he’s not gonna do it so he said that we can leave because we told him that it was stink outside.
