The last 5-6 times I have ordered the delivery takes forever. I keep getting told they are understaffed so I have tried to be understanding of that and keep going back. My lastest order was today. I ordered my lunch. Was texted them min. Later it was on its way. 40 min after that. I called them. The person who answered the phone sounded like she had an attitude. She didn't say her name or the name of the place. When I told her when I ordered and about the text I got

However, I got a ham and cheese toasted sandwich a couple weeks ago and I was sick for 24 hours. I don't know if it was the sandwich but that is all I had eaten that day so heads up. Other than that, no complaints. Every other sandwich has been spot on. Highly recommend 🙂

Siobhan B★Agree with others who ordered through Doordash. Twice I ordered a Club Lulu. Twice I got a Turkey Tom. When you order through Doordash, the prices are higher than the in-store price, so I am paying $18 when I get a $12 sandwich. Doordash only gives a partial refund of $4. The second time, I called the store to see if it's a system issue. I really like Jimmy John's and this is the ONLY store in the area, so I don't want to stop ordering from here, but it's frustrating to know that if you order from them, something is bound to be wrong.
