Girl in the Drive-Thru had a very disrespectful attitude towards me because I couldn't figure out what I wanted. Their donuts are not worth $2 each. Krispy Kreme is a whole lot better for Less. And then to top it all off, I ordered two donuts, and they were ice cold.

Friendliest service from a Dunkin ever! We were wowed by the drive thru young woman who had a great attitude and gave us friendly banter for drinking out of a Starbucks cup. And we were more pleasantly surprised when the gentleman who brought our order out to our car, was also very profesional, courteous and had a good attitude as well! Too bad we were just temporarily in the area, otherwise this location would be our go to! 😄💝

My husband, kiddo, and I have been to this Duncan Donuts several times in the past, but the last 2 times have made us decided to not try it again. Last time all the toilets where backed up and an active sewage leak with going on. We had a 4yr old who HAD to go so this really mattered to us. This time we went in, there was one employee who was trying to do everything. They did say "hello and they would be with us soon" when we walked in. I asked which drinks did NOT have caffeine in it- they said the refreshers don’t. Tried it and was very similar to an energy drink. Googled it and the pink pineapple refresher does have caffeine! Slow service and careless employees. Rude to lie or give an answer if you do not know is true or not.
