Mrs Pig★Stopped in for a Double Garlic Steakburger with no cheese. After taking a few bites and it tasting funny I decided to check out the rest of the burger. After flipping it over I discovered a LARGE DARK GREEN MOLD SPOT!!! Undeniable MOLD!!! I drove right back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He proceeded to pull a bag of buns, tossed them around and said “it must be something from the grill”. He denied everything. In all my years of eating burgers from steak and shake I have never had something undeniably look like mold end up on my burger from the grill. Never! I got my money back

I watched her remake my meal on the grill herself and bring it out to me. And it looked like she was juggling so many things at once and yet she still made the time to do this for me. She mentioned she was training to become a manager, and after seeing how professionally she handled everything, I can definitely see her being a phenomenal manager. This has got to be the best customer service I’ve ever received and i’m looking very forward to seeing her again the next time I come here!

I am not a fan of their fries. I don't like crunchy thin fries. If you do you might like them. Was not given any ketchup for my fries, when the lady handed me the bag she walked away immediately leaving me no time to check the bag for utensils,napkins,ketchup, so then had to go find her again to ask for ketchup. Forget the other two missing things I'll just eat like a caveman in my car and eat with my fingers and wipe my mouth with grease and
