We just had our first visit to the new First Watch in Brick, NJ, and it was fantastic! We had been to one in Virginia and were so thrilled when we heard they opened this location. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and polite. And let me tell you, the food was absolutely delightful! This is officially our new favorite breakfast spot, and I can't recommend it enough. Definitely give it a try!

The food was OK. My breakfast potatoes were undercooked and dry which is why I rated the food Three Stars. My biggest complaint is when I arrived, the restaurant was only 10% full and they were seating everyone closest to the kitchen. What’s up with that. Below is the view from my table. Totally empty yet they sat customers near kitchen entrance. I don’t think I will be returning as there are other options in Brick that offer a better breakfast experience.

Second time here. Second time ordering over farmhouse hash with medium eggs and both times got 1 over medium and 1 nearly fried egg. I won’t be back. But you… can just beware of ordering “over medium” eggs. 1st time I was here the server caught the egg error right away and replaced the miss cooked egg immediately. No harm, no foul. Had my egg in time to blend perfectly with the ingredients below where the runny egg should have been. This time the server was preoccupied with other guests and ignored the over cooked egg sitting on the napkin… the one purposefully placed in a conspicuous spot

One of my favorite places for brunch, even when dining solo! I ordered the bacado omelet (literally bacon and avocado, topped with sour cream and pico de gallo- hold the sc and pico) and substituted potatoes for the dressed greens. While I like the greens, the potatoes are the best of any breakfast/lunch place around. I also ordered two of the multigrain pancakes, and ended up taking half of them home because I forgot how large and filling they are. Special shoutout to my server, Jillian. She was fantastic!
