Tucked near a hot yoga studio, Liu's Kitchen is easy to miss…but worth finding. The atmosphere might feel a bit underwhelming at first, but the food more than makes up for it. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care & the crab Rangoon burrito is an absolute must-try. If you're in the Brick area and focused on great food over ambiance, this hidden spot is definitely worth a visit!!

Loved everything from Liu’s Kitchen! Got the Giant Salmon Nigiri, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, and Scallion Pancake Crab Rangoon Burritos for lunch - the service was efficient and every bite was delicious. Would definitely come back again!

Was told 40 minutes for my food. Took 75 minutes. Place is filthy. The spicy tuna roll and spicy crispy tuna rice tasted bad. Threw both out after 1 bite. The scallion crab burrito was greasy. Not crunchy like I’ve seen on social media. The sweet potato, crab rangoons and spicy crab roll not bad. Too many more solid places around. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

Wife and I wanted to do a quick stop to eat sushi. Usually we order out, but it was great to quickly stop and eat in house. Had to figure it out since it was so busy, but easy touch screen order. Everyone was so nice and service was still great. It is a designed take out but they still made us quite happy. Food was delicious, portions as usual were great.
