Food is pretty good here prices are reasonable, most of the time service is pretty good but but mind you it wasn’t busy but we’ve had Justin twice now and he takes our drink order brings our drinks takes our food order and that’s the last he came to our table he came to the tables around us multiple times but we had to ask the kid who brought our food to the table for more refills, ketchup, etc the waiter never asked if everything was ok or anything and while waiting for the check we finally got up went to the podium ask for a box and paid on the tablet. Mind you the manager was walking around

Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. The food was mostly good but we had 4 steaks at our table, all requested at Medium temperature and they were ALL different ranging from rare to well done 😣 we were too hungry after a long day so we just ate. Flavor wise it was good but it should not be this inconsistent at a STEAKHOUSE.

Usually pretty consistent when we come for dinner. Today we came for an early lunch in the freezing cold and February. So you can imagine it wasn't very busy but my mom and step dad were both served cold potato soup. Then my mom's food was also cold. Sent back two things and not even an acknowledgement from the manager or anything (who was there) Kind of disappointing but everyone had an off day. Just surprised because usually things are good even when much busier.

We had a great time here! Food was good and service was excellent. The manager was super friendly and came to every table. Love the crocodile themed cocktail as well. We need more themed cocktails like this at Outback. Embrace the Aussie theming!
