Ocean View Cafe is an authentic Russian cafe located on the corner of Brighton Beach. The menu offers a large selection of traditional Russian dishes, giving visitors plenty of options to choose from. One thing to keep in mind is that the elevated train station overhead can make communication difficult at times because of the noise. In my opinion, the prices are on the higher side, and the service could be improved. A 10% service charge is automatically included in the bill.
