Karen Graham★I placed my online order at 5:30 PM and arrived at 5:45 PM, but didn’t receive my food until 5:58 PM. There were at least 10 buns lined up waiting for burgers, so by the time I got my order, the food was cold. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the volume of orders. They were constantly in each other’s way, and while I genuinely felt bad for them, it showed in the food quality. Unfortunately, my onion rings were burned—though they did manage to keep the bag warm. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the food quality has noticeably declined.
