I used to REALLY enjoy eating here. I have found metal and many hairs in my soup, the first few times I brushed it off because the pho is really good... but then I spoke up, then it got worse; I hoped they would notice and try a bit harder and they did not try to avoid such thing. They tried to convince me it was the tendon. It is not the tendon. Neither is finding foil or whatever metal that was in my soup. I will not be returning. this is my new favorite pho place i get the p9. I went a couple times bringing my friends and such but last week i was sick and i called and they said they didn’t usually deliver but would! thy delivered my food and it was so amazing. 10/10 spot for me. The meat and chicken is so tender even their other dishes are flavorful.

I have eaten here before and the broth is ok. The restaurant is clean and well organized. Today there was a foul sewer or sulphur kind of smell The condiment bottles were visibly dirty. I ordered the #1 pho soup that was described on the menu as all the meats. There was almost no meat in the bowl and the broth was bland and not very hot. There was a massive wad of tripe right on top and minuscule about of meat which included about 2 very small shavings of brisket 1/4 of a meatball. I hade one bite of noodles and broth and decided i would just ask them to please take it off of the bill. We aske

Nice, clean restaurant. Service was subpar. They dropped off food and never returned. Perhaps they thought there was no need since you pay at the counter. Bun bo hue had no flavor. Different from past experience here. The broth was clear and no lemongrass, no fermented shrimp paste flavor. You shouldn't have to put several spoons of any sauces... That's the flavor profile of authentic, well simmered broth. Sizzling beef steak with baguette(bo ne sapa)​ was pretty good. Juicy and well seasoned.
