I came here on my way back to Aurora because we don't have e a Church's there and order 2 of the 3pc Special, 10pc Chicken only and 2 Large Okras. Paid almost $45. They made me wait 25-30 minutes for my order just to give me some half done chicken and soggy fried okra!!! I'm calling corporate cause they need to shut this location down before they end up with a HUGE LAWSUIT for passing out half done food!! I could've saved my money and should've asked for a refund after the long wait and everybody before and after me all walked in and got their food as well as the drive thru ppl which I came th

I ordered thru door dash a 2PC wing and thigh, they sent a breast and thigh...not a wing. they did not send the jalapeño pepper I paid for, instead they sent packs of hot sauce. The chicken was fresh and hot, but I didn't get what I ordered.

Need more "soul" in the food. Since the soul of the food has been removed, the taste and quality of the food has drastically declined at this specific location. The one on Lake and Austin is wayyyyyyy better! I bought the 2 chicken sandwiches for $5.39. The chicken patties was flat and thin as a pancake and the bread tasted hard and old. Terrible quality! I believe in the chicken sandwich wars amongst the fast food ⛓️ chains, Churches chicken 🐔 has the worse one on the market. Hands down!!!!! 🎯💯 Oh, and they charge 50 cents for a cup of ice water. Smh! Unbelievable! Where's the humility

Whoever makes the Mac and cheese needs to be let go!! Went to this location for dinner on my way home the chicken was okay at best, the mashed and potatoes didn’t even taste like instant Worst experience ever & over priced $19 for a 4 piece dark The drive thru employee was the best part of my visit
