Kendall Cook★Gave me the completely wrong order, I ordered the new “chocolate caramel protein latte” and she calls for a chai… I stated “I didn’t order that, did you mean the protein latte?” She insisted yes. Nope. Ordered the bacon jam grilled cheese and gave me some other sandwich instead. I’m a type 1 diabetic and took insulin for specifically what I asked for. No I have to compensate. They gave my dad a hard time too, because they wouldn’t refund him on his orders. Please do better
