First time here and had a disappointing experience. I went through the drive thru around 10:30am with one car in front of me and waiting which felt like forever to get a pizza bagel 😭. It first started when he couldn’t hear me through the drive thru even tho I was talking normal and had to like scream my order. After ordering and getting to the drive thru window, the guy had an attitude and gave me my food without a bag. Just a pizza box cover, napkins on top with chips so I had to ask for one and got attitude with it. The pizza bagels looked and tasted horrible.

We had read the reviews before going to this location, so we weren't expecting much and were cautious based on other reviews. However, I know every business can have bad days and customer preferences vary, and it was close to where we were staying, so we took a chance. We are glad we did. Everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was hot and tasty. The restaurant was spacious and clean. It wasn't very buy during our time there, so maybe that contributed to our experience as well. Regardless, we had no complaints and would definitely revisit. Hopefully everyone can have

Best way to beat the cold in the morning. Hot egg, bagel, and whatever sandwiches and hot coffee/tea. Don't ask me why people were ordering iced coffees in 9*F weather. Boggling. Half the reason I got coffee was to warm my hands.
