Early Friday morning the place was overwhelmed with huge take out orders. 100 plus sandwiches I overheard. I came in after those orders and had to wait. It took a good 15 to 20 minutes to get my food but what I noticed was how well the staff performed. The owner or leader of the crew handled himself and his staff respectfully. That respect also applied to all that were waiting. He was very attentive to all. He and his staff should be commended. I call it calm under fire! I'm happy to come here often. Kudos.

Hey McDonald's Corporate! I think you should stop by this location unannounced. I brought 9 year-old great niece here for an after school snack. There was only one other customer dining in while we were there. There was food and garbage on the floor and probably 25% of the tables were dirty. There seemed like more than enough employees in the back talking, shouting, singing that at least one of them could have cleaned the dining room. Perhaps they were too busy on their phones? While we were there, the system apparently went down so they couldn't take any orders. A few people were standing

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Im.still in line writing this, that's how you know it's bad! The customer service at this place is AWFUL. Just absolutely horrendous! I pull up to place my order and the person taking my order is laughing and giggling all in the mic. Then I place the orders and can hardly hear her. I ordered my daughter an ice cream cone on THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE SUMMER and of course........no ice cream so . Get it together in here. TRASH!!!!!!

My dad and I sat inside and found most tables had crumbs and dried ketchup. Our “fast” food took fifteen minutes, but there wasn’t any crowd or rush. Turns out the people in the kitchen were goofing around and at some point all service stopped when an argument began. Instead of focusing on late food or the customers, one of the workers stood by the cashier on a phone call talking about a fight ready to go down. Many other customers were unhappy with the waiting and yelling, but I at least appreciate the manager for trying to get things back under control.
