Stopped by the Dresden Tavern briefly and I’m already excited to come back once they’re fully up and running. The place has a great foundation. The green walls paired with dark wood finishes give it a warm, classic pub feel. They’ve got steel-tip dartboards (huge plus), spice bags on the menu (even bigger plus), and of course, Guinness. The drink and food selection already looks excellent for the space. Gave this place two chances. 0 - 2. The good; our waitress was great both times. The patio and location are also positives The bad; Food is awful. Flavorless, cold or just generally not good. Buffalo chicken dip cold. Rueben bread burnt. Pretzels are frozen with beer cheese that taste like nothing. Some cocktails undrinkable they’re mad so bad. Lastly the owner (I’m assuming) followed my two friends into the girls bathroom and stood in there asking if there was paper towels. They were creeped out and wanted to leave right after. Won’t be back. Hob knob is around the corner with better food.

This place has so much potential but just can’t hit. We waited for 10-15 min before someone came to our table to serve us. We also ordered drinks that just never came. The food is mediocre at best (and is likely to make you sick after) but certainly doesn’t make up for the service. The atmosphere gives the place the most potential but is overtaken by the lack of service and poor quality. It’s a shame because it is the third place to try to make it work but just doesn’t. Also, don’t be fooled by the reviews that are multiple months or years old. The listing is picking up from prior restaurants

I absolutely adore the new concept. Almost as much as I adored our server Addison! She is so attentive and excitable, with extensive knowledge of the menu in such a short time. I can’t wait to come back over and over.
