We went here for brunch. When we arrived we were greeted immediately and seated shortly after. Our server explained the menu and how the food are healthy and sustainable sourced. She was able to explain details on why the food is considered healthy and sustainable. It was quiet here because of FIFA and our was early afternoon. Our drinks were brought oit shortly after ordering and then our food came out about 15 minutes later. I had the Chicken parmesan which was good.

I wanted to try something new and this place caught my eye. Everything recommended by Vonnie was on point. He was a delight, you can tell he knew the menu and very professional. Would come back and recommend to others. The Mediterranean Hummus is a big portion- great to share. They had a special Vonnie recommended, but I didn’t want the bread- so we went with a health version with sweet potatoes sautéed in onions and finished it off with a flourless cake topped with ice cream.

Quite frankly, I understand health conscious foods and all but, for the pricing it was not all that great. I would have rather gone to Cheesecake Factory if I had known better. The environment was also very industrial(?) it was trying to be something that didn’t quite frankly feel all that comfortable. The plating of the food was done well and made me anticipate better for both my food and drink, but the fruity lemonade tasted exactly like something I could’ve bought for less at a store down the road, the pasta “sauce” was more so just soup broth, I’m not sure if they don’t use something more

My daughter has a severe daory allergy so its hard to find places to eat and i was tired of getting the same thing over and over so i started googling while in Atlanta for emmys appointments and found this place and we tried True Food Kitchen and we chose to sit on the patio which was beautiful and yall the staff was so nice and caring and made sure it was safe for her to eat and a major plus dairy free options on there whole menu. My daughter got the burger with sliced rainbow carrots and I got their buffalo chicken sandwich with kale salad and to top it off my daughter got their DAIRY FREE
