Amidst the somber preparations for my sister's funeral, my family and I left Canada and sought solace in celebrating my daughter's birthday with our loved ones in Minnesota. However, our attempt to find joy was thwarted when Little Caesar's botched our pizza order. I had an excellent experience with this staff and the customer service was appreciated. I had an issue with my order and we live almost an hour away but my kids have been craving Little Caesars so when we couldn't come back to correct the order they had an acceptable resolution. I appreciate the staff and it was nice to have a treat that we dont get the opportunity for very often! Thank you to all!

I put in an online order because i hate waiting in the store for the food. When i got there someone had falsy taken it. It was supposed to be under a security code for me to put in but somehow they let someone take it. Just wanted to update as ive been waiting for 20 mins in store and just went up to see how long it will be and i was just informed that they didnt even start making it for me. I now have to wait another 15 mins. Almost 40 minutes of my time wasted for what should have been in and out service. Do not come here.

I really like the service. When I ordered online the site did not give an option for a lemonade drink. Once I got to the store I could see that they do carry a strawberry lemonade which they exchanged for me with no problem.
