Actually came here because we wanted to try the Frostella Patisserie which is located inside. I ordered ahead online and we were probably still 15 min away before we would arrive to Hooks. When I got there first of all there was confusion on their part as to where my food was. After about 10 minutes of that and no communication from the staff then I was told they were still making my food?? I had ordered the shrimp po boy, cod sandwich, fries, breaded mushrooms, cod sandwich, fried okra and a slushie. So first off the po boy sandwich, that was a joke! What disappointed me was wben the person at the counter argued that ita ok to call. Lamb gyro which is 80% lamb and 20% beef. What if that was 20% pork. People do not eat beef this is mislezding and i was really ticked off by lack of empathy in diverse comminity we leavr in.. Cod wss ok and fries were ok. My expectations were not met. Sadly .. Hope they can do better.
