This particular IHOP, the only one I can speak to, has really upped its game over the years. Has some nice coffee drinks and I think I saw an actual coffee bar. Food was good got breakfast. No complaints whatsoever everybody at the table seemed happy. Service was great. Wish I'd have gotten her name. Pleasant attentive but not intrusive. Perfect. Atmosphere was pretty nice. IHOP is always consistent, which is a good thing.

The waitress (Cindy) is wonderful! She is patient, thoughtful, and so friendly! We meet monthly, and look forward to working with her every time! The food is good, priced well, and consistently done correctly and quickly. 100% all around!

We have ordered from this IHOP through door dash 6 times in about the last year. Every single time our order has been wrong in one way or another. Usually there are missing sides, once we got totally different entree than what we ordered. Clearly nobody is double checking things are correct before being sent. It is so frustrating to receive a country fried steak without the gravy, and blueberry pancakes without the blueberry syrup in the same order. We complain through door dash and get $1 dollar refunded, then nothing changes and it happens again the next time.
