This is a newer unit and is run a little more casually than the Strongsville unit. As a result food quality and customer service suffers. My last visit they forgot the fries and the bun on the sandwich was hard. The workers were more interested in engaging in personal conversation than making sure orders were correct. Shame. For me, I will stick with the Strongsville store.

I’ll be honest, there’s not a single time I’ve come through this location and they got it right, across the board. The order gets taken correctly most times but what I receive is incorrect. Order a sandwich with pepper jack and next thing you know it’s got Colby Jack, bag says pepper jack. My spouse received a DoorDash order somehow when all she ordered was a spicy chicken sandwich and fries… the DoorDash order wasn’t even close to our name or order. Missing items often, dry and hard fries like they’ve been sitting for hours.. We have even gone as far as correcting them and they STILL someho

Went through the drive thru. My receipt said Lucas was my cashier. I’m not sure if he took my order or my money but both gentlemen were so polite and pleasant and I had just been at the doctor and appreciated that and their smiles!
