I have never gotten Customer Service quite like this and it truly was top-tier. The lady that took my order told her name was Fern. She was extremely welcoming and had a very bubbly personality. I understand how difficult it is to work in customer service, especially fast food but ferns customer service was very impressive and welcoming. I told her she definitely deserves a raise for how she treats customers. :)

My wife and I USED to love this place. Now it just feels like it's hard to order from a real person they want you to use the kiosk out front and it used to be pretty cheap now I'd rather go anywhere but here hopefully it'll get better
