These people don't know how to make an order let alone follow their own recipes. How hard is it to read the receipt and notice that the coke says regular coke, yet i received a diet coke. But what bothers me the most is that y'all don't even know how to follow your own recipes. In the literal recipe of "the prime rib stake" it says caramelized onions. So how come I open my sandwich and it stinks my whole entire room bc guess what? There's raw onions on my sandwich. For me it is so unbearable that I couldn't eat my sandwich. I recently ordered from Potbelly and had an interesting experience that turned out quite positive! Initially, I thought I was ordering a delicious sandwich but opened my order to find it mostly meat. It was a learning moment for me, as I realized I needed to add the extras! I also mistakenly opened a salad instead of just the sandwich, which made my bill seem a bit higher than expected. When I reached out to the manager to clarify the situation, they were incredibly understanding and took care of everything promptly. don’t order from this awful location. everytime without fail they forget every. single. part. of my freaking order. no cookie, no chips, no drink. they just put it on the receipt for no reason apparently since no one has the brain power to actually check and make sure everything is in the bag before it’s sealed. it’s legitimate incompetence.

Extremely busy place ,please be patient and dont be rude to employees. Food quality is worth the wait. If you want something faster mcdonalds is across the street.
