We enjoyed our meal at Left Bank. We received a heads up that LB was the place to be, so we went in with positive expectations and vibes, and were not disappointed. Our server was wonderful, and made a fun time even more delightful. I had the castaway, which was a very enjoyable ginger and gingerbeer 🥃 brew that brought out the pirate in me, argh. Good food, very nice. And excellent ambiance— they know the lighting to go with the brick interior. I loved having a REAL taper candle lit on our table. Also, the bread served at the table was crusty and most excellent.

This is hands down the best upscale restaurant in Buffalo in terms of cost for value. The food is always excellent. I've eaten here on a romantic date, with a large group of friends, or sat at the bar by myself. If you're looking for something, a little classy is still reasonable in cost make a stop at Left Bank.

I went here on Feb 19 for the first time and it was a nice experience. The stuffed peppers were really good. The steak was overcooked on one side and just right on the other but the flavor was delicious. The mashed potatoes were bomb. This is a really nice date night spot.
