I went through the drive through maybe a couple days ago on May 27th and I had the BEST experience. I think I was checked out by Leah? She was wearing glasses and a skirt maybe? But she was so nice and really brightened my day!! She was very thorough and my order came out perfect. (Also shout out to the cooks for the food!!) Overall I think she is a great example of good costumer service!! She’s definitely deserves a shout out or something!!

Food CAN be good, but in comparing it to the food at other Chick-fil-A's, it often isn't. Nuggets are frequently overcooked. So is the bread served with the Chicken Minis. Shakes frequently are delivered without straws. The worst thing? The drive-thru speaker doesn't work properly, so you are sitting there screaming your order and they still don't hear you well. 😑😑

If Chick-fil-A catches your interest because you're drawn to their goodness and Christian values you may want to skip this location. They have no respect for delivery drivers picking up orders and literally make a game out of making you wait knowing that it costs you money and time. The managers treat the place as if they actually own it and play games with people they personally don't like. That is not acceptable or very Christian behavior. I've waited two weeks for the director to give me a call in regards to my issues there I still have not received a call.when reaching out to the corporate
