Now I remember why I've eaten at a Chipotle twice in the past 12 years. You pay more for less. Hopefully you get chicken. You get twice the amount for $2 less. Was hard enough to find a clean table to eat at.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Chipotle on Palm Ave in Burbank. I ordered barbacoa, but when I received my food it was clearly al pastor instead. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, a woman named Ayleen (or Aileen) said she was the General Manager. I politely explained that the order was incorrect and asked if it could be exchanged. Instead of helping resolve the situation, she simply said “there’s nothing we can do.” I was honestly shocked. I order chipotle on their website because I’m busy with work. When I pick up my order everyone was friendly. The order wasn’t ready so is waited until the chicken was cooked. When I come to eat lunch with my coworker I noticed that I received 2-3 pieces of chicken and keep In mind the chunks are little pieces and a ton of rice. I’m so disappointed because I never been to a chipotle that offers a plate of rice and veggies but no meat. I came in with my girlfriend tonight at 10:30pm; The guy who helped us out could not have been more nice and gave us great service. Honestly sounds cheesy but that’s the best/easiest chipotle experience i’ve ever had. We both work as closers in customer service so we understand people coming in even 30 minutes before closing sucks, but regardless he was so sweet and again sounds so cheesy but after my 8 hour shift this bowl looked so good. I used my own tips to tip him and yeah just all around great experience.
