Lamarr M★★★★Great food and friendly service. Ivar’s has an awesome old school vibe with its decor and music. The tables are often a little dirty, but not to the point that it’s intolerable, and this minor flaw isn’t limited to just the Burien location. The prices are a bit high for fish and chips, especially in the PNW, but Ivar’s is still one of my favorite food spots.

Also service here was excellent, and the staff was very on top of things. Food was as expected, however price for kids fish and chips was high for the amount of food. Two small pieces of fish and small handful of fries for eight dollars each. More fries is not going to break the bank for owners. Wish I would have just spent the extra four dollars for a 2 regular size. I would suggest at least topping off the baskets if the fish pieces are smaller. Fortunately we did grab an ex
