We ordered 5 items, waited 45 minutes for delivery after paying a $10.00 delivery fee and a tip and then when it arrived one of the two entrees was missing. When I called the store they said they could remake the order and I could come and pick it up. If I paid for delivery, I don’t want to come and pick it up. I would have saved the $10.00 and tip. I will order from somewhere else next time.

On July 3rd, I placed an order at the Burleson location for Tiffs treats. My pick up time was supposed to be 8:20 p.m. I arrived at 8:15 and was told my order was almost ready. By 8:32 I questioned an employee about the order only to find out they hadn't even started the order and said it would be another 15 minutes. This was unacceptable because I could not wait. I had already paid for the order with my season pass , so I couldn't get a refund. They were not accommodating, or sympathetic or empathetic.
