Ordered a foot long online without chili. Wasn’t aware i had to add onions which is whatever. But i did ask for mayo ketchup and mustard which only comes in a packet these days and not on the hotdog. Well none of it was in the bag. I called holly the “manager” and she said “I’m sorry” but you can come back up here for the condiments. I live 10 miles away and wasn’t making a second trip up there. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but our refrigerator stopped working so we had nothing to put on it. And the attitude from her was basically we messed up but you can fix it I’m not. Long story shor

Good place to get food and the staff are very pleasant to interact with. However: It is not remotely acceptable to publicly shame or snap at your employees for mundane mistakes. Was accidentally given someone else’s order, and the manager came with the man who served me and had him take the bag out of my car. “DUDE.” She shouts at him. I had to ask her to ease up. Unwarranted and unprofessional overreaction. Mixups and mistakes happen. A non confrontational correction and coaching are all that are needed. So you bring all the orders out but Door Dash drivers have to come & sit on the patio & the only thing you can tell customers is “ITS POLICY “ the only Sonic with that policy might I add. This place is just plane stupid

Had to leave a star or else no review. First time in my entire life that I picked up a breakfast burrito without a single trace of egg in it!!! Not only was the egg completely absent, I ordered sausage and was given bacon! I added onion so what I got was bacon, onion and cheese. Just how? I assumed someone new is working there and just forgot to put it in there but now after reading these recent reviews I understand that possibly more than one person that works at this location just doesn’t give a shit. I was way down the highway before I realized this joke that they handed me!!
