The buns are very soft and fluffy. For the Tom Yam Kai Ramen, it is more of a lemony type of ramen so be aware of that if that’s not your vibe. Absolutely loved this place. The Zen garden seating is such a vibe. It’s super peaceful and honestly feels like you’ve escaped the city for a bit. I’m not vegan, but I was seriously impressed by how good everything was. The General Tso’s “chicken,” the Raijin Tiger sushi roll, and the Oyster Bay bun were all amazing. And if you’re not going the vegan route, the tom yum shrimp pasta was easily one of my favorites. It’s so flavorful and just really well done. OMG THIS PLACE. Perfect if you are craving for a really good vegan spot in NYC/ Brooklyn! You have to check out Buntopia. They serve colorful Asian-fusion dishes that are fully plant-based and incredibly satisfying. Everything we ordered looked amazing and somehow tasted even better. We tried the Starry Lovina, Jimbaran Sunset, Oyster Bay, Korean Fried Chicken Buns, Vegan Pad Krapow with Ex Yo-egg, Tom Yam Kai Ramen, Mango Tango, and Sunset Blvd, and honestly, there wasn’t a single miss.
