I came to try Red Lobster for the first time with my family, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience overall. The food itself was decent, but it definitely was not fresh. The lobster tails and crab legs tasted frozen, not fresh at all, despite the waitress repeatedly telling us everything was fresh. The restaurant also wasn’t busy, yet we were seated at the one table with a broken light above it. The inside of the restaurant felt very old and worn down, with some furniture visibly discolored. We haven’t been to Red Lobster in years and my family and I decided to go. Food was very delicious; I had chicken Alfredo. Maiyana was the bartender and the drinks were very tasteful. Diamond was our waiter and even though it took awhile for food and drinks to come. She did her very best and was very hospitable and got everything came out correctly. The Managers came over to our tables and asked how we were doing numerous times. I asked about the Triple berry Sangria and she took the time to explain it.
