The drive thru is apparently not used. Ordered online - order was wrong. No mention of being out of anything. Wrong bread. Ordered it toasted - sandwich was not toasted. Bread was somehow both soggy and hard as a rock. I'm pretty sure it was microwaved. Sandwich had bits of ingredients I didn't order. Worst sandwich I've ever eaten. Should have driven to safeway and bought a loaf of bread and some ham. Never eating here again.

I am so tired of this place, ordered subway 2 days in a row due to a cheap app deal. The only sauce I get is the garlic aïoli and I ask for extra even in the extra prep references box as well as selecting the option. Two days in a row I’ve barely gotten any at all on my food, Yesterday I went back to resolve the issue and ordered again in hopes that they had resolved their issue, sadly today I am not going to put the same energy into trying to go back and get it done again because I honestly don’t think that they care. Every time l order a sandwich that is toasted they NEVER toast it , I paid 20 dollars for a meal for them not to do all the steps.. I used to work at subway and you'd have to be super lazy for every time I order delivery not toast a sandwich.. I couldn't get a hold of them through the phone to ask them for the 4 rth time I ordered it's not completed or not toasted... Please just do your job! It's not hard to read simple directions. Also this is wheat old bread so it looks darker in the photo.. definitely not toasted tho and no sauce either :/

I didn't get a chance to ask for sauces. I thought I was being snubbed until I ate my sandwich at home. I can't believe I doubted the man behind the counter. Garlic aioli would've been too much on my sandwich. He was right without saying a word. He is the Sandwich Master. I wish I could give this 10 stars. I will absolutely be back. And I will trust the Sandwich Master.
